• If you have regular medication for a condition that your Doctor is aware of, you can periodically collect a repeat Prescription from the Practice without having to make an appointment. Repeat Prescription requests can be made by the following ways:
  • On-line using Patient Access - The Practice uses a secure website called SystmOnline which allows you to obtain your repeat Prescriptions on-line. Before using the service, you will need to Register with the Practice for an Account.

Please ask Reception for a Registration Letter. This will contain your personal Pin Number and Access ID to the system. Please bring with you a form of identification e.g. Driving Licence, Utility Bill - something with your name and address on.

If you are already registered, click on the image to order a repeat prescription.

  • By Post You can send in the request for repeat medications to the Practice by post. Please make sure that a SAE is enclosed.
  • In person You can drop your request for repeat medications into the Practice or into your designated Chemist in the Shepshed area.
  • By Telephone You can telephone your designated Chemist in the Shepshed area to request your repeat medications.

If you request for your repeat Prescription to go to a specified Chemist, one of their staff will collect it from the Practice and dispense it to you at the Chemist. All Shepshed Chemists will deliver to patients who are housebound.

Please note that the Practice is unable to take Prescriptions over the telephone as we are unable to prove a patient's identity.

Please allow two working days before collection of your Prescription, to allow it to be checked and signed by your Doctor.
